Built analog automation systems using cassette tapes, voice prompts, and wall timers. An early remix of time itself.
1993–1995 · Oklahoma City – BBS Mischief
Explored public-access BBSes, ASCII menus, cracked software, and early modems. Got his first taste of digital systems subversion.
1996–1999 · Oklahoma – First Freelance
Built interactive CD-ROMs for Siemens, Qualcomm, and others using Macromedia Director, Photoshop, and early multimedia stacks.
1999–2009: Education & Expansion
1999–2001 · Southern Nazarene University
Studied media formally while freelancing in Flash and HTML. Coursework regularly subverted into installations or experiments.
1999–Present · Creative and Technology Freelancer
Long-term client work including Siemens, GE, Mitsubishi, and Tony Robbins. Designed media across multiple platforms.
2001–2003 · PLNU – Performance + Remix
Developed spoken remix systems and experimental video work. Recut DV tapes, projected across installations, and stayed freelance.

Led workshops and peer-to-peer sessions focused on remix culture, experimental video, and emerging tech.

Created reactive media installations using Arduino, Processing, and OSC. Focused on body/environment feedback loops.

2010–2021 · KCAI – Interactive Arts Founder
Founded BFA program in Interactive Arts. Led NASAD/HLC approval. Later merged into Graphic Design to secure longevity.

Wrote accreditation documentation, designed new course models, and implemented cross-departmental hybrid strategies.

Created a silent headphones party with live projection mapped videos in the Kauffman for the event’s VIP afterparty.
